Conduct, Safety & Program Standards
What are the expectations for player conduct?
Athletes are expected to demonstrate professionalism, respect, and accountability at all times.
Every student-athlete is required to sign a formal set of team rules upon enrollment. These rules outline expectations for behavior, punctuality, academic performance, and appearance.
We enforce:
- Curfews
- Room checks
- Personal conduct standards aligned with our core values
How is player behavior monitored?
We use daily check-ins, curfews, academic monitoring, and staff oversight to ensure accountability and leadership development.
What happens if an athlete is injured?
We provide in-house recovery protocols and, when needed, refer athletes to university-supported health resources or local medical professionals.
Is there a refund policy?
No. All payments made to Rose Elite Academy — including the $1,000 deposit and monthly basketball tuition — are non-refundable under any circumstance.
This policy is strictly enforced and reviewed with families during the admissions process.
