NATIONAL COMPETITION & COLLEGE-LEVEL EXPOSURE
Personal growth is the most important part of a successful post-graduate year — and nothing accelerates growth like playing against real competition. At Rose Elite Academy, our program is designed to mirror the structure and intensity of a collegiate basketball schedule, so athletes are fully prepared to compete — and lead — from day one as freshmen. Our team is coached by former college coaches and players who understand exactly what it takes not just to make a roster, but to earn playing time and succeed at the next level.
We compete nationally against:
- Top post-graduate academies
- NJCAA (JUCO) programs
- NCAA Division III and Division II schools
This schedule provides:
- In-game experience against college-level opponents
- Film and exposure opportunities for recruitment
- And full preservation of all four years of NCAA eligibility

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our athletic philosophy is built on a simple goal: maximize each athlete’s potential as a college prospect — on every level.
We focus on three essential pillars:
- Skill development as a basketball player
- Physical conditioning as a high-performance athlete
- Mental toughness as a competitor and teammate
College coaches are looking for players who are ready to contribute immediately, and we understand that incoming freshmen face real challenges:
- Adjusting to the speed and physicality of the college game
- Learning to operate within structured systems and team concepts
- Adapting to the discipline and expectations of collegiate athletics
At Rose Elite Academy, we prepare our student-athletes for those challenges by holding them to the same standards they’ll encounter at the next level. We teach what it means to be part of a system — and how to earn your role through accountability and consistency.

Strength/Conditioning
At Rose Elite Academy, we deliver a comprehensive strength and conditioning program led by experienced trainers who specialize in developing elite-level athletes. Our focus is simple: maximize strength, speed, and performance — every single day. We invest 20+ hours of training per week, with a heavy emphasis on building bigger, stronger, and faster athletes through structured weight room sessions and position-specific performance work. We don’t settle for average.
Every player is pushed to exceed their limits and embrace the physical demands of the next level. When opportunity calls, our athletes will be ready — mentally, physically, and competitively
The Student
At Rose Elite Academy, our academic mission is to inspire student-athletes to develop a genuine love of learning — one that serves as a solid foundation for success in college and beyond. We are committed to providing a dynamic and purposeful educational environment. Through our partnership with Valdosta State University, students engage in a collegiate academic setting while receiving ongoing academic support, including tutoring and accountability check-ins.
This foundation prepares our graduates to move forward with:
- Tenacity for personal growth
- Curiosity for lifelong learning
- A deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them
We believe strong academics create strong leaders — and we are dedicated to helping our student-athletes thrive in every classroom they enter.

Team Practice
At Rose Elite Academy, our primary mission is to develop not only better athletes, but better young men — both on and off the court. On the court, our focus is on skill development, culture building, and game-readiness. Team practices are designed to sharpen both individual abilities and team cohesion, through:
- Offensive and defensive skill training
- System and scheme repetition
- Situational preparation for real-time game moments
- Competitive drills that reinforce accountability, communication, and execution
We treat every practice as an opportunity to elevate performance and establish the habits that will translate directly into game-day success.
Team Games
At Rose Elite Academy, our student-athletes compete in a 20–30 game schedule each season, facing off against a mix of:
- NCAA Division II and III college teams
- JUCO programs
- Other top-tier post-graduate academies
All games are professionally recorded and distributed to college coaches nationwide, giving each athlete maximum visibility and recruiting exposure.
Our goal is simple:
Create real opportunities for our players to be evaluated by college programs through meaningful, competitive, and high-level matchups.
Every game is a stage — and we make sure college coaches are watching.
